Job description

Due to expansion of our client's business, we continue to look for suitable candidates to work at our client's data centre site.

Write to us if you are an individual who has experience in the activities listed below, and is keen to take up new challenges!
Responsibilities
Manage and control all project documentation, ensuring accuracy, quality, and integrity.


Maintain document archives (both electronic via Electronic Document Management Systems/EDM & hard copy) while ensuring record‐management adheres to good practices, policies and legal requirements.


Generate various document control reports as and when required (e.g. weekly report).


Ensure all documentation complies with company and regulatory standards.


Maintain document control logs and registers.


Support project teams on document control procedures and systems.


Act as a point of contact for document control queries and issues.


Prepare regular reports on document control status and activities.


Track and monitor the progress of document submissions and approvals.


Per business requirement, undertake regional duties in Singapore or overseas (via business travel trips or relocation assignment).


Undertake any other ad hoc project/duties assigned.


Requirements
Diploma with at least 3 years of experience in document control, preferably in data centre or construction industry.


Familiarity with project management.


Proficiency in Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS).


Positive proactive attitude and ethical behaviour.


Team player with ability to work independently and resolve challenges in a fast‐paced environment.


Excellent interpersonal, communication and collaborative skills.


Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
