Job Description
Responsibilities:
Manage and control all project documentation, ensuring accuracy, quality, and integrity.Maintain document archives – Both electronic (via Electronic Document Management Systems/EDMS) & hard copy while ensuring all records-management activities adhere to good practices, policies and legal requirementsGenerate various document control reports as and when required (e.g. weekly report)Ensure all documentation complies with company and regulatory standards.Maintain document control logs and registers.Support project teams on document control procedures and systems.Act as a point of contact for document control queries and issues.Prepare regular reports on document control status and activities.Track and monitor the progress of document submissions and approvals.Undertake any other ad hoc project/duties assigned.Manage office supplies and equipment.Handle incoming calls, emails, and other correspondences.Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments. Requirements:
Diploma/DegreeMinimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Document Controller in the Construction industry.Familiarity with project management.Proficient with MS Office.Knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS)Ability to be organized, detail-oriented, multitask, priorities, anticipate needs and meet the deadlines as neededGood communication and interpersonal skills.Able to work independently with minimum supervision and a positive work attitude.
