Drafter – AutoCAD and BIM-Focused

About the Role
We are looking for a Drafter who is strong in AutoCAD and has working knowledge of BIM.
You will be part of a technical team preparing shop drawings and coordination details for fabrication and site execution.
If you have done steel detailing, bollards, or general construction drawings and want to grow into BIM or 3D work, this is a stable role with room to expand.
What You Will Be Doing
- Prepare accurate 2D shop drawings using AutoCAD
- Understand and apply BIM models or consultant layouts to our scope
- Support coordination drawings and identify clashes early
- Assist in 3D modelling or visualisation if capable (training can be provided)
- Update and revise drawings clearly and quickly when needed
- Liaise with QS and PM to clarify specs, levels, and site constraints
- Maintain proper drawing versioning and submission tracking
What We Are Looking For
- 2 to 5 years drafting experience in construction or steel-based work
- Strong skills in AutoCAD required
- Familiar with BIM environments and coordination
- Bonus if you can do basic 3D modelling or visualisation
- Able to read architectural and structural drawings
- Pays attention to detail and works well with cross-department teams
- Clear and organised file handling and update tracking
