Requirements:
Main responsibilities include:
- Manage morning sign-out of equipment, tools, and materials for each project site, and log any additional requests by project
- Deliver tools and materials to project sites as needed; purchase from suppliers or hardware stores when required; assist with customer deliveries when necessary
- Support daily sign-in/sign-out procedures and dispatch project teams to their respective work sites each morning
- Transport workers between the office, dormitory, and project locations
- Track returned items by project code and restock inventory accordingly
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization; ensure all equipment is properly stored and in good working condition
- Update inventory records using the designated Google form
- Monitor daily stock levels, respond to material requests via WhatsApp, and prepare pick-and-pack items for upcoming projects
- Replenish inventory when needed and be open to learning additional store-related tasks
- Must be comfortable working in hot and occasionally dirty environments
- Basic English communication skills required
- Candidates must hold a valid Class 3 license (Lorry or Van)
