Responsible for driving the requirements, analysing and proposing the best solution to customer.
· Responsible for the coordination between the TCS implementation team and business stakeholder to drive the solution in the right path.
· Responsible for requirement walk through with all the stakeholders.
· Responsible for requirement documents, process map, use case diagrams and workflow diagrams.
· Very proficient on CRM Business Processes in Sales, Marketing and service module functionality for CRM Online/Dynamics 365 CRM
· Analyse client’s business requirements for CRM, perform Fit-Gap analysis and present functional solutions
· Experience of functional analysis, gap-fit analysis and review of Gap fit done by other functional experts
· Extremely good understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online/Dynamics 365 product (entities, workflows and configuration)
· Excellent in communication, documentation and articulation skills
· Prepare and maintain Functional Requirements document and Functional design document
· Coaching and guiding the development team on requirements and functional aspects
· Functional testing of the implemented CRM system
· Provide end user training
· Ensuring excellent Customer Satisfaction from Requirements and CRM Functional perspective
· Client facing, assertive, excellent communication
· Exposure to Dynamics CRM technical aspects esp.
Java scripting, Installation
