Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Administrator Intern to support end-to-end online operations, including order processing, inventory management, logistics coordination, and customer service support.
Requirements
- Has work permit right right in Singapore.
- Currently Studying in Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, E-Commerce, or related discipline.
- Be available Minimum 6 Month.
- knowledge of e-commerce operations, order fulfillment, or logistics coordination.
- Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) and courier portals.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills for customer and logistics matters.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for reporting and inventory management.
Responsibilities
Order Fulfilment
- Process customer orders accurately and promptly through e-commerce platforms.
- Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure timely picking, packing, and dispatch of products.
- Monitor packaging supply levels and raise replenishment requests when stocks are low.
- Verify product details, quantities, and shipping information prior to dispatch to ensure accuracy.
- Track shipments and follow up with logistics providers to resolve delivery issues.
- Create shipments in courier portals and update tracking numbers in online systems.
Product Replacement Fulfilment
- Handle product replacement requests, verifying warranty or purchase details.
- Coordinate with the service team to allocate correct products for replacement.
- Prepare replacement units for dispatch with appropriate quality checks.
- Maintain accurate records of replacement cases for tracking and reporting.
E-Commerce Sales Support
- Assist in the daily management of online sales channels, including product listings, pricing updates, and promotional campaigns.
- Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, or feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor online platforms for stock availability, accurate product descriptions, and quality presentation.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks, such as preparing reports and performance summaries.
Inventory Management
- Monitor stock levels to ensure availability for online orders.
- Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile discrepancies between system records and physical counts.
- Update inventory records in e-commerce systems to prevent overselling or stockouts.
- Coordinate restocking with suppliers or internal procurement teams.
- Perform quality checks on incoming e-commerce stock delivered by suppliers.
