Job Requirements
Manage and maintain online product catalogue, descriptions, images, and pricing in various marketplaces
Work closely with the Operations and IT Teams to ensure accurate inventory management and order fulfilment
Plan and execute new business ideas and strategies to increase E-commerce revenue
Maintain excellent relationships with the marketplaces' account managers to push for win-win sales growth
Monitor customers' reviews, feedback, or issues and execute action plans to resolve and prevent recurrence
Collaborate with marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies to engage and convert customers
Analyse sales and customer behaviour
Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activity
Track and analyse sales, conversion rates, and customer acquisition
Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of e-commerce experience in food and beverage or related industry.
Candidates with prior new business development experience in the food and beverage industry will have an advantage.
Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms.
Proficient in Google Analytics, social media, and marketing tools.
Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
