Make an Impact by
Customer Success Sales:
Manage campaigns for telephony and ICT products, boosting both new gross-add and recontract sales
Proactively engage and follow up with customers on complex cases to address their needs and ensure successful sales closures
Identify new opportunities to upsell telephony and ICT to the existing customer base through attachments and bundled packages with other products
Collaborate closely with Product Marketing, CLM, and Product teams to ensure effective campaigns targeting SME customers for better traffic, leads, conversion rates, and orders
Monitor digital campaign performance against sales targets, leveraging insights from eCommerce metrics such as leads, traffic, online sales, conversion rates, and average order value
Collaborate with Marcom, Marketing, and CLM teams to analyze the performance of online campaigns and improve sales
Work with post-sales support teams to enhance operational efficiency within the digital sales and post-sales process, ensuring end-to-end order fulfillment, service provisioning, and redemption for orders
Manage and promptly resolve executive escalations from customers, ensuring timely and effective resolutions while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
Skills for Success
Diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or relevant experience.
Bonus if have 2-3 years of experience in selling telco products to SME customers
Proven experience in selling telco products in a telco B2B context
Strong understanding of the sales funnel from online leads to closing sales
Strong knowledge of the telco products and market trends for SME customers
Familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint, and other eCommerce tools for reporting
Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset
Attention to detail and a passion for driving measurable results
Ability to foster positive working relationships with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Post-sales, service provision teams
Strong interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders at all levels, from management to the working level
