Job Description
Manage online store listings (product uploads, descriptions, pricing, inventory).
Monitor and optimize product visibility on various platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, etc.).
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely product launches and campaigns.
Handle order processing, returns, and customer queries on e-commerce platforms.
Analyze sales performance and generate reports to support decision-making.
Conceptualize, script, and produce advertisements, corporate videos, and event coverage videos for marketing purposes.
Coordinate video shoots including scheduling, talent coordination, and logistics.
Work with designers and content creators to produce visually engaging multimedia content for use on websites, social media, and e-commerce platforms.
Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns (e.g. Facebook/instagram Ads, Google Ads).
Collaborate with the marketing team for social media content planning and execution.
Support influencer outreach and event promotions.
Requirements
Ability to work on weekend, public holiday.
Ability to work under pressure
Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and content management systems.
Proficient in video editing software and basic graphic design tools.
Creative mindset with attention to detail and storytelling skills.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager) is a plus.
