Job Title: E-Commerce & Digital Intern
Reporting to: Assistant eCommerce Manager (SEA)
About the Role
Through this role, you’ll be able to gain an understanding of:
Regional South East Asia e-commerce landscape, business analysis and brand content creation for e-commerce campaigns. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
E-Commerce Content Design Compile competitors’ best practices and trends, monitor the local and regional digital performance of the products and social communities to support the brand’s ambition
Working closely with the E-content producer to create and adapt: PDP and A+ content pages
E-commerce platform onsite banners
Social media, digital paid media creatives and etc.
Brand NPD assets for new product listing TikTok Strong interest in TikTok and influencer marketing
Content research on TikTok – keeping up with latest TikTok and emerging trends.
Compile competitors’ activity and best practices Producing TikTok content – Conceptualising, filming, and editing TikTok video
Commercial Sales metric tracking - collect and input monthly sales data (e.g. revenue, conversion rates, traffic, order volume & etc.).
Campaign & promotion planning assistance Monitor competitor promotions and pricing strategies.Research industry trends and customer preferences to propose new ideas.Brainstorm creative concepts to enhance customer engagement and sales. WHAT YOU’LL BRING
ESSENTIAL:
Undergraduates who can commit for at least 6 months (Jan to Jun 2026) for a full-time internship.
Skilled in the use of MS Office tools including Outlook (or related email tool) Excel, Word and PowerPoint.Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop and Illustrator.Self-motivated and self-starter, with a strong work ethic and a sense of confidentiality.Possesses cross-cultural awareness and high emotional intelligence.Articulate, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Good balance of a professional attitude while having fun.Strong interest in consumer goods, makeup and beauty products.Strong desire to learn along with a strong sense of ownership.Persuasive, resilient and flexible, able to easily adapt to new challenges.Passionate, enthusiastic and driven to regularly follow-up with loose ends.Able to thrive despite challenges while adopting a positive attitude under pressure.
