E-Commerce Sales Executive
Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and driven executive to manage our key accounts within the e-commerce pet food industry (E-Petshops).
This position is ideal for someone who is eager to grow in the fast-paced e-commerce environment.
A strong understanding of E-Commerce marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada) and their backend workings is required.
A passion in pets is favourable.
Key Responsibilities:
Order and Customer Management
Process and manage customer orders.
Build strong relationships with both new and existing key accounts, developing strategies to grow sales through creative mechanics within the marketplaces
Value-add to key accounts by providing industrial insights and analysis of store performances
Manage inventories and product returns - ageing, stock covers
Convey clearly customer concerns, requirements, and opportunities to brand principals
Marketing Support
Coordination
Work closely with brand principals to review performance of key accounts
Coordinate with logistics team to ensure prompt delivery for customers
Requirements
Diploma in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Tik Tok or Shopify.
Fluent in English and Mandarin - as some key accounts are mainly Mandarin speakers.
Good communication skills and a strong attention to detail.
Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
A positive mindset, growth-driven attitude and self-discipline are essential.
