Responsibilities
Plan and execute various online campaigns, activities, and promotions to drive sales for all e-Commerce platforms, including website, Lazada, Shopee, TikTok, and other platforms.
Online portal maintenance, including but not limited to items' daily maintenance, stock management, and campaign execution
Customer service - replying to customers in a friendly and helpful manner quickly (Manage consumers’ inquiries on each E-Commerce platform via Live Chat and Q&A & function)
Design artwork for listing images, etc, for use on e-commerce site (Simple graphic editing and design - an eye for design)
Other administrative duties - running of sales reports
Devise and implement new ideas for marketing campaigns
Identifying and evaluating new marketing opportunities to increase direct internet traffic as well as monitoring the online presence as well as online marketing activities of immediate competitors
Plan marketing mechanics every month and for every campaign
Updating & management of site content for each of the e-commerce platforms
Monitor stock inventory to ensure healthy stock levels at all stock points
Able to manage eCommerce orders from downloading orders to verifying and processing for all eCommerce platforms
Requirements
Diploma Cert
Minimum of 2 years of equivalent work experience in handling E-commerce platform, such as Lazada, Shopee, Tiktok etc.
Able to communicate in both English and Chinese
Possess a positive working attitude and able to multi-task
Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Photoshop
