Who you'll be working for
We are seeking a highly driven and hands-on E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Manager to lead and grow our online business operations.
You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, optimizing user experience, and managing our digital marketing and creative teams.
The ideal candidate combines a strong analytical mindset with creative flair and has proven experience managing both e-commerce platforms and social media campaigns that drive sales.
What requirements you'll need to be eligible
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related field.
· 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in B2C or DTC brands.
· Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms, email marketing tools, and social media management tools.
· Strong analytical skills; comfortable with data analysis and reporting.
· Excellent project management, multitasking, and team leadership abilities.
· Strong visual and written communication skills.
· Positive, resourceful, and hands-on team player who thrives in a dynamic environment
· Willingness to work from our office as part of a collaborative and close-knit team
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
· Experience with Shopify
· Familiarity with Google tools
· Experience with Meta Business Suite.
· Track record of scaling influencer or user-generated content campaigns
What you'll be doing on the job
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Research
· Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer preferences.
· Define e-commerce goals and KPIs; develop strategies to meet them.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, logistics, customer service).
Web & Platform Management
· Oversee the design, development, maintenance, and security of the e-commerce site.
· Work with developers or platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento) to ensure optimal performance, speed, UX, and mobile compatibility.
· Implement updates, new features, and regular audits.
Financial Planning & Reporting
· Manage e-commerce budget, forecast revenue, monitor margins, and ROI.
· Track performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Suite, and internal dashboards.
· Report on conversion rates, AOV, CAC, ROAS, etc.
Daily E-commerce Operations
· Oversee product listings, pricing updates, stock availability, and site merchandising.
· Coordinate order fulfilment, customer service workflows, and operational troubleshooting.
· Ensure seamless integration across inventory, logistics, and payment gateways.
Digital Marketing & Social Media Management
· Manage and collaborate with in-house and freelance content creators, social media, and digital marketing specialists.
· Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns using tools like Klaviyo or Mailchimp(segmentation, flows, automation, A/B testing).
· Guide and review creative output – visuals (graphics, video editing, photography), captions, and formats.
Campaign & Influencer Marketing
· Plan and manage influencer partnerships and paid social media campaigns.
· Track performance, engagement, and impact of social media on site traffic and conversions.
· Demonstrate how past campaigns influenced KPIs such as traffic, engagement, leads, or sales.
SEO, Paid Ads & Analytics
· Collaborate with SEO and paid ad specialists to improve rankings, CTR, and conversions.
· Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to assess performance, report findings, and adjust strategies accordingly.
