Global Transaction Services (GTS) focuses on managing and selling Cash Management, Trade Finance, and Securities & Fiduciary products and services to institutional clients.

DBS aims to be recognized as a top GTS provider in its key markets through efficient client needs matching and product capabilities.


Job Purpose
The GTS Sales Team Leader drives new client acquisition and GTS product revenues from existing and new clients in the Food and Agriculture segment.

The role involves leading a team of GTS Sales Managers to deliver innovative, client-centric cash management, trade finance, and liquidity solutions, requiring strong leadership, product knowledge, and relationship management skills.


Key Accountabilities
Lead and manage a team of sales managers
Grow GTS client revenues by deepening wallet share and ensuring revenue realization
Win new to bank business by securing mandates from clients and prospects
Develop and maintain a sales pipeline for Cash and Trade opportunities
Plan and execute detailed GTS Client Plans for Priority Clients
Leverage digital channels for client engagement and digital transformation advisory
Job Duties And Responsibilities
Achieve revenue targets and KPIs by developing sales pipelines
Engage clients on trade utilization and revenue generation
Apply consultative sales approaches and collaborate across teams
Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team
Drive digital engagement and innovation
Provide market feedback and identify emerging opportunities
Ensure compliance and risk management
Stay informed on client strategies, industry trends, and competitors
Job Requirements
Minimum 15 years of relevant experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related fields
Strong product knowledge in GTS solutions and sales experience, especially in Food and Agriculture commodities
Proven sales leadership, strategic mindset, and excellent communication skills
