Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

The employer harness the power of AI technology and educational expertise to create an engaging and motivational learning experience for children globally.

The comprehensive education programs aim to nurture a lifelong love of learning, instilling confidence and curiosity in young minds.

Base pay is $3.8K plus Attractive commission : 5 figures monthly income potential

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth by actively promoting our products and services to potential customers at roadshow events
  • Build strong relationships with customers through effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities, expanding our customer base and increasing revenue
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and share best practices
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate the value proposition to customers

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
  • High energy and motivation, with a passion for sales and customer engagement

Working Conditions:

  • This role involves working both in office and on-site at roadshow events, which will require flexibility to work on weekends and Public Holidays, on rotional basis within the sales team ( 5 days work week )
