Job Description
AI Singapore (AISG) is a national AI programme launched by the National Research Foundation (NRF) to anchor deep national capabilities in Artificial Intelligence (AI).
The programme office is hosted by the National University of Singapore (NUS) and brings together Singapore-based research institutions and the AI ecosystem to perform use-inspired research, grow knowledge, create tools, and develop talent to power Singapore’s AI efforts.
AI Singapore is sourcing for an individual to join the LearnAI team as an Education Innovation Lead.
The Education Innovation Lead will assist the Head of LearnAI in monitoring emerging pedagogies and technologies in training and education and work closely with the Innovation team to translate insights into the development and implementation of effective learning content and instructional strategies.
Responsibilities
Technology & Pedagogy Monitoring: Assess emerging educational technologies, AI-driven learning tools, and innovative pedagogical approaches for applicability in digital and blended learning environments.
Curriculum Development: Design and develop engaging, interactive, and AI-powered learning content for digital, blended, and instructor-led training.
Develop guidelines for AI-enhanced competency assessments and micro-credentialing.
Training & Facilitation: Develop guidelines, training materials, and workshops to help instructors and organizations adopt new AI-enhanced learning tools effectively.
Project Management: Collaborate with higher education institutions and industry partners in proof-of-concept projects and research trials.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Educational Technology, Instructional Design, Learning Sciences, or a related field.
WSQ Diploma in Design & Development of Learning for Performance or Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance 2.0 (ACLP) a minimum for mid-career applicants.
Experience in learning technology evaluation, instructional design, or AI-powered learning environments.
Familiarity with LMS platforms, adaptive learning, AI-driven assessments, and micro-credentials.
Knowledge of AI governance and ethics in education is a plus.
Experience working with universities, training providers, or government agencies is beneficial.
