**Responsibilities:**
+ Facilitate and follow-up on actions from various functions and departments in EHS improvement activities, rectifications works and accident/incident investigations, contractor Permit-To-Work systems
+ Perform EHS inspections of the company operations to ensure compliance, and improvement of EHS improvements
+ Identify and implement periodic EHS performance monitoring and measurements of the company’s EHS performance through proactive and reactive monitoring e.g. noise mapping, trade effluent, industrial hygiene and air emission monitoring.
+ Lead and implement EHS improvement activities arising from Corporate EHS and site leadership directions
+ Drive a strong EHS culture across the organization by developing and executing awareness campaigns, training programs, and engagement initiatives
+ Maintain EHS documentations required under the EHS management system e.g. Risk assessment, accident/incident records, chemical inventories, licenses and permits, SDS, etc
+ Ensure that systems and procedures within the department are in compliance with Workplace Safety & Health Act, ISO14001 EMS, ISO45001 OH&SMS and ISO 22301 BCMS
**Qualification:**
+ Diploma/Degree in Engineering, preferably in an environmental, health sciences, industrial hygiene and chemical regulatory discipline.
**Experiences:**
+ Registered Workplace, Safety and Health Officer – 2 to 5 years
+ Knowledge of chemical substance regulations and EHS laws - 2 years
+ Working experience in manufacturing (e.g. Cleanroom environment would be an advantage)
+ Certified Fire Safety Manager
+ Internal Auditing
+ Noise Control Officer / Noise Monitoring Officer
+ Business Continuity Planning
**Working location: Gul Circle, Singapore**
Shuttle service is provided
Working hours: 8 am to 5.15pm
