The Job
This role is responsible to overseeing the Case Management and Afterlife Memorial Service and for our elderly members.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee all assigned funeral cases, ensuring dignified and timely service delivery.
- Liaise with families, vendors, and internal stakeholders to manage logistics and documentation.
- Offer emotional support and information to clients or their families over the phone.
- Accurately input and maintain funeral case data in the internal database.
- Ensure timely updates and data integrity for reporting and compliance purposes.
- Assist with setup, coordination, and on-site duties as needed.
- Participate in the hotline rotation to respond to inquiries and provide assistance during and outside regular hours.
- Provide ad hoc logistical and administrative support for community and memorial events organized by the eldercare team.
Requirement
- Minimum Diploma in Social Work or related disciplines
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Mature, independent and compassion in eldercare
- Good understanding of Social Service and VWO settings
- Proficiency in relevant software applications for documentation and reporting
- Must possess class 3 driving licence.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
