Programme Coordinator
We are seeking a dedicated Programme Coordinator to lead the development and implementation of engaging activities for residents in our nursing home.
The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents and staff.
They will also be responsible for coordinating logistics, preparing materials, and managing equipment for programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop programme plans, catering to diverse interests and capabilities of residents.
- Conduct needs assessments and gather feedback to refine programmes.
- Lead and facilitate daily, weekly, and special programmes for groups and individuals.
Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent in any discipline.
- At least two years of working experience in a similar position in a Nursing Home.
- Ability to converse in local dialects.
- Passionate in serving the needy and vulnerable elderly.
- Strong listening and coaching skills.
- Able to work independently.
