Electrical engineers with experience in system installation and maintenance are required to oversee the entire process from start to finish.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and participate in the installation of electrical systems, including switchgears, transformers, and protective relays.
- Develop and review control-protection drawings of all electrical systems to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate cable schedule preparation based on available schemes at sites.
- Operate and maintain power plants and substations to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot electrical circuits, control, and protection circuits to identify and resolve issues.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's or master's degree in electrical/electronic engineering or equivalent is essential.
- At least 3 years of experience for degree holders, 8 years for diploma holders.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in electrical switchboard troubleshooting and commissioning.
- In-depth knowledge of protection relay systems (ABB, Micom, or sepam).
- Familiarity with high-voltage (HV) and low-voltage (LV) switchgear systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
