The role of an Electrical Project Coordinator is to oversee the estimation and budgeting process for electrical systems.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with contractors and engineers, reviewing drawings and specifications, and attending site meetings to ensure project requirements are met.
Additionally, this position involves preparing technical information for tendering new projects, managing claims, and conducting cost planning and measurement for electrical aspects of projects.
Requirements:
A diploma or degree in engineering (electrical or equivalent) is essential, along with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the electrical or building services field.
Knowledge of quantity survey software can be advantageous.
