We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Systems Manager to oversee the design, installation, and commissioning of electrical systems within our projects.

About the Role
The Electrical Systems Manager will be responsible for:
- Leading the development of electrical engineering designs, shop drawings, and technical documentation.
- Coordinating site installations, cabling, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.
- Ensuring compliance with project specifications, standards, and statutory regulations.
- Collaborating with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and other engineering teams to resolve site and technical issues.
- Reviewing and approving material submissions, method statements, and equipment specifications.
- Maintaining project progress, quality, and safety for electrical works.
- Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and site staff.
- Preparing reports, as-built documentation, and handover deliverables.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- No less than 6-8 years of experience in electrical engineering within large-scale building or industrial projects.
- Strong knowledge of LV/MV electrical systems design, installation, and commissioning.
- Familiarity with BMS integration and coordination with other M&E systems.
- A sound understanding of relevant codes, standards, and authority submission requirements.
- Proficiency in electrical design software, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- An ability to work on-site at Tuas and manage multiple priorities.
