highly skilled Electronics Field Service and Project Engineer
to join our
Automation & Controls Division (Integrated Controls)
.
You'll play a vital role in delivering engineering excellence—from commissioning and troubleshooting to customer coordination and team leadership—across marine and land-based projects locally and overseas.

What You'll Do:
- Lead and execute field service assignments for control systems and propulsion equipment
- Troubleshoot and commission a wide range of engineering equipment: Prime Mover controls (diesel/gas/steam turbines), VF Drives, Generators, Control Panels, etc.
- Provide hands-on repair and testing support, both on-site and in our workshop
- Manage and deliver technical solutions for complex control system projects
- Conduct safety risk assessments, attend site safety meetings, and ensure compliance
- Coordinate with clients, site superintendents, and shipyard personnel
- Mentor junior technicians and engineers
- Attend sea trials and ensure site readiness post-installation
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years' experience
in electrical, electronic, and mechanical engineering roles - Strong knowledge in
marine and industrial control systems - Proficiency in troubleshooting, commissioning, and calibration
- Capable of leading on-site jobs and guiding junior staff
- Comfortable communicating with clients and technical teams
- Physically fit, adaptable, and safety-conscious
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronics or Mechanical Engineering preferred
