Salary: Up to $4,000 per month
Duration:3 months contract
Job Description:
- Respond promptly and courteously to all incoming email enquiries
- Gather necessary information from internal teams to provide accurate responses
- Maintain organized records of correspondence
- Escalate complex or urgent issues to appropriate personnel as needed
- Support the creation and updating of response templates and FAQs
Requirements:
- Excellent written communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles preferred
- Proficiency with email platforms and basic office software
- Ability to work independently and under time constraints
- Singaporeans only.
