About the Role
Our client, a progressive financial services institution undergoing a people-first transformation, is seeking an Employee Experience & Culture Manager to design engagement strategies that attract, retain, and inspire top talent.
This role blends HR strategy, internal communications, and organisational culture design.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement employee experience frameworks across the employee lifecycle.
- Partner with HRBPs to design initiatives that strengthen belonging, purpose, and well-being.
- Conduct regular employee listening programs, surveys, and focus groups to gather insights.
- Drive internal communication campaigns to promote company culture and leadership values.
- Manage employer branding content in collaboration with marketing and talent acquisition teams.
- Measure impact of engagement and retention programs using data and dashboards.
- Lead recognition, reward, and CSR initiatives to enhance employee morale and community impact.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Communications, or Organisational Psychology.
- 6+ years' experience in HR, employee engagement, or culture transformation roles.
- Proven ability to run large-scale internal campaigns and engagement programs.
- Excellent storytelling and data interpretation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in financial services, fintech, or professional services.
- Certification in employee experience (EX) or design thinking is an advantage.
