About the Role
As part of the Group Corporate Communications team, you will play a key role in strengthening our employer brand and driving employee engagement.
You will manage internal communications, shape compelling narratives, and support initiatives that bring our brand to life for both employees and external audiences.
Responsibilities
- Manage internal communication platforms (Company Updates, Intranet) to ensure timely and effective dissemination of information.
- Design and implement internal communication plans to inform, engage, and connect employees.
- Plan and coordinate company townhalls, including content development and agenda alignment with business priorities.
- Create impactful content and campaigns for social media, career websites, and employee portals to showcase life at Great Eastern.
- Develop and deliver external recruitment messaging and engagement activities.
- Partner with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure consistent and effective communications.
- Collaborate with corporate communications, CSR, and marketing teams to maintain a cohesive brand voice.
- Manage external agencies to develop employer brand assets and content for career and social channels.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in employer branding, consumer/brand marketing, or related fields.
- Prior experience in Insurance, Technology, Banking, or Finance industries preferred.
- Strong track record in developing and executing employer brand initiatives.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and project management skills.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and content creation.
- A collaborative team player who can also work independently.
