Our services include schools, employment and training development centers, home-based care services, and community-based services that cater to the physical, psychological, environmental, and social needs of individuals with intellectual disabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design engaging training sessions tailored to the needs of diverse audiences, including staff, caregivers, volunteers, sector professionals, and external stakeholders, to enhance corporate and public service agencies' support for persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

  • Utilize diverse instructional methods, including lectures, think-pair-share, group discussions, role-playing, and blended learning approaches.

  • Adapt training materials to ensure relevance, accessibility, and effectiveness for different learning needs.

Training Development

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and update training curricula based on industry best practices and emerging trends.

  • Conduct research to inform courseware development, ensuring training materials are evidence-based, relevant, and aligned with best practices in the field.

  • Develop training resources, training plans, e-learning modules, and assessment tools in a timely manner.

Training Evaluation and Continuous Improvement

  • Assess training effectiveness through feedback, evaluations, and post-training assessments.

  • Identify areas for improvement and refine training content and delivery methods accordingly.

  • Stay up-to-date with new training techniques and technologies to enhance learning experiences.

Staff Training and Development

  • Design training curricula based on the specific needs of MINDS staff, ensuring that training is practical, relevant, and directly improves service delivery.

  • Act as mentors by offering guidance, support, and constructive feedback to help staff grow both professionally and personally.

  • Foster a supportive learning environment where staff feel empowered to ask questions, seek feedback, and refine their skills.
