Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct kitchen hygiene audits/inspections, including collection of food samples and swabbing of environment
- Procurement of food samples
- Collection and submission of food and environmental samples to laboratories
- Computer literate, able to use Microsoft Word, Excel
- Possess Class 3 Driving License
- Relevant qualifications / certificates in food safety hygiene preferred
- Responsible and efficient
- Any other duties assigned by supervisor
- ITE qualifications above or equivalent
