Role Summary:
The Systems Engineer supports the design, integration, and deployment of IoT-enabled and automation-based systems across domains such as facility monitoring, weighbridge automation, and smart asset management.
The role involves configuring, testing, and validating multi-technology systems comprising sensors, controllers, AI cameras, and backend platforms, ensuring compliance, performance, and reliability in field operations.
Key Responsibilities:

System Implementation & Integration
- Configure and integrate IoT devices, sensors, controllers, and gateways for smart facility or field systems.
- Establish communications between edge devices and backend platforms via APIs, industrial protocols, or middleware.
- Conduct functional and performance testing, including verification of data capture, communication reliability, and safety compliance.

Field Deployment & Commissioning
- Support site installation, setup, and system bring-up for projects such as weighbridge kiosks, monitoring systems, or automated storage infrastructure.
- Perform troubleshooting, calibration, and validation to ensure system readiness and acceptance.
- Document configuration settings, wiring diagrams, and test procedures.
3.
Technical Coordination
- Work closely with software, analytics, and project teams to align field devices with application requirements.
- Interface with vendors and engineering partners to validate hardware specifications and SDK/API documentation.
