Job Summary
Main Responsibilities:
Hands-on data visualization and chart generation (eg.
JMP)
Data processing tools such as Perl, Python (similar programming/scripting languages)
HTML development for data display interface
Electrical failure analysis diagnostic skills
Accountable for Fab Reliability performance, define wafer level Reliability sampling plan, execute OCAP procedures and Bench EFA validation.
Work with fab to meet extrinsic and intrinsic targets through process improvement.
Development of new Wafer Level Reliability (WLR) capability as a proxy for equivalent backend Unit Level Reliability (ULR) test.
Make enhancements to existing capabilities to improve correlation and accuracy.
Part of the Fab quality team contributing as SME in reliability fail modes and its associated detection, drives and engages in quality projects for overall Excursion mitigation.
Act on and provide Corrective and Preventive Actions for CQE and FEMQA teams with regards to customer feedbacks on quality and product issues.
Deliverable: To enhance, characterize and test defectivity performance of next generation NAND flash product.
Drive with Fab/external counterparts for timely Qualification and Time to Market.
Impact: You will innovate to solve challenges for next generation storage applications used to power the brain of AI and frontier technologies
Job Requirements, Qualifications/Experience
Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering or Science is required
Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills
Effective communicator, able to collaborate across all levels
Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning
Internship or experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus
Demonstrated leadership and a track record of impact are highly desirable
Interest in and knowledge of the semiconductor industry and Micron is preferred
