Job Summary

Main Responsibilities:

• Hands-on data visualization and chart generation (eg.
  
  JMP)

• Data Processing tools such as Perl, Python (similar programming/scripting languages)

• HTML development for data display interface

• Electrical Failure Analysis diagnostic skills

• Accountable for Fab Reliability performance, define wafer level Reliability sampling plan, execute OCAP procedures and Bench EFA validation.
  
  Work with fab to meet extrinsic and intrinsic targets through process improvement.
  
  

• Development of new Wafer Level Reliability (WLR) capability as a proxy for equivalent backend Unit Level Reliability (ULR) test.
  
  Make enhancements to existing capabilities to improve correlation and accuracy.
  
  

• Part of the Fab quality team contributing as SME in reliability fail modes and its associated detection, drives and engages in quality projects for overall Excursion mitigation.
  
  

• Act on and provide Corrective and Preventive Actions for CQE and FEMQA teams with regards to customer feedbacks on quality and product issues.
  
  

• Deliverable: To enhance, characterize and test defectivity performance of next generation NAND flash product.
  
  Drive with Fab/external counterparts for timely Qualification and Time to Market.
  
  

• Impact: You will innovate to solve challenges for next generation storage applications used to power the brain of AI and frontier technologies

Job Requirements, Qualifications/Experience

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Engineering or Science is required

• Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills

• Effective communicator, able to collaborate across all levels

• Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning

• Internship or experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus

• Demonstrated leadership and a track record of impact are highly desirable

• Interest in and knowledge of the semiconductor industry and Micron is preferred
