As a NAND part type owner in the Singapore R&D department at Micron Technology Inc.,
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Own and manage Part Type Start up and engineering wave in meeting or exceeding NAND technology development milestone target by providing clear communication on the issues with gap to close and directions to focus on.Coordinate new NAND part type startup in the Singapore R&D department.
New Traveler flow setupManage Periphery yield, Column yield, Block functional, Die yield, SVC and MSC yield waves to consistently demonstrate yield capability in marching towards.
Proactively call out new issues and opportunities through in-depth yield wave and forward-looking yield study.Forecast and monitor yield performance-to-plan.
Drive yield gain conversions by mapping into weekly projection against business plan.
Call out any risk or help needed to meet or exceed business plan.Resource planning and managing to maximize positive impact to yield program like RAR/ENG WIP, SFF flow, PDM0 quota allocation, etcSuccessful candidates for this position will have:

Passionate about semiconductor technology and innovation.Adept at data analysis, problem-solving, and flow optimization.Excellent communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.Preferred to have Skills / Experiences as below:
Proficiency in scripting/programming/engineering/business intelligence/Analytics software, such as Python, SolidWorks, Tableau, Power BI, etc.
