Ensure service jobs (depot and on-site) are accomplished to meet committed turnaround time and quality objectives
Work in the service department and customer site, repair / calibrate equipment and provide technical support for Rohde & Schwarz products
Repair equipment with ideally zero return
Site troubleshooting, repair and calibration
Provide technical support to other service center/subsidiaries
Optimize service process and asset utilization
Ensure traceability of service work
Conduct regional service training to internal Rohde & Schwarz stakeholders
Evaluate new product service capability
Comply to ISO 9001 standard requirement
Other duties or tasks as assigned on an as-needed basis
