Job Responsibilities:
Project Development – Collaborate with consultants and contractors to ensure facilities are designed, built, and installed according to specifications and regulations.Testing & Commissioning – Participate in installation, equipment testing, commissioning, and Factory Acceptance Tests (local & overseas).Operations & Maintenance – Lead and coordinate technical teams to support daily operations, preventive maintenance, and overhauls of turbines, generators, motors, and control systems.Contract & Contractor Oversight – Manage service contracts, supervise contractor performance, and ensure adherence to safety and operational standards.Process & Safety Management – Support SOP development, plant testing programs, and implement safety and continuous improvement initiatives.Shift & Operational Support – Perform rotating shift duties, including weekends and public holidays, to ensure reliable plant operations.Job Requirements:
Education – Diploma in Engineering (3+ years’ experience) or Nitec in Engineering (6–8 years’ experience); fresh diploma graduates may also be considered.Certifications – Professional licenses/certifications such as Licensed Electrical Worker, Boiler Attendant, or WSH Officer are advantageous.Technical Knowledge – Solid engineering foundation; familiarity with waste-to-energy or heavy industrial facilities is a plus.Software Proficiency – Skilled in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Navisworks and Primavera P6 is preferred.Personal Attributes – Mature, independent, resourceful, and a strong team player with good analytical skills.Work Conditions – Willing to work in large-scale industrial facilities and perform rotating shift work when required.Please send a copy of your resume to muhammad.hanis@tg-hr.com or zac.loh@tg-hr.com
