Job Summary
As a Centre Executive, you will be the heart of our centre's daily operations — welcoming parents and students, assisting with enrolment matters, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for all.
You will also provide administrative and general support to keep the center running efficiently, working closely with teachers and management to maintain an organized and caring learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
1.
Front Desk & Customer Service
- Greet and assist parents, students, and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
- Provide accurate information about programs, schedules, and fees.
- Handle walk-in and phone enquiries promptly and courteously.
- Introduce and recommend suitable programs to parents, supporting center enrolment goals.
- Manage students' daily attendance and assist in class coordination.

Enrolment & Administration
- Support parents throughout the enrolment process — sharing information, collecting documents, and arranging orientation sessions.
- Update student information and records accurately in the system.
- Assist with student movement matters such as enrolment, withdrawal, or transfers.
- Maintain proper filing of students' documents and ensure data confidentiality.
- Liaise with relevant agencies or departments for application or subsidy matters.
3.
Admin & General Support
- Assist in issuing invoices and tracking fee payments under the guidance of HQ or the management team.
- Support daily center operations including procurement of stationery, uniforms, and supplies.
- Handle petty cash and basic expense records.
- Ensure the reception and common areas are neat, organized, and welcoming.
- Provide administrative assistance for events, classes, or other center activities as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma in Business, Administration, or related field.
- Prior experience in education centers, customer service, or administrative roles preferred.
- Bilingual in English and Chinese to communicate effectively with parents.
- Friendly, patient, and service-oriented with strong communication skills.
- Organized, detail-minded, and able to multi-task in a dynamic environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of CRM or student management systems is a plus.
- Willing to work a 5-day week including weekends (3 weekdays + 2 weekends).
