Who You Are
Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or related IT discipline
Strong system architecture and/or system integration hands-on knowledge
Additional business degree would be an advantage
Recognized industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, TOGAF, CISA) related to the functional area are a plus
Extensive experience in enterprise architecture work, including leading 10+ major implementations; 10+ years overall
Experience in utilizing emerging technologies to design and implement security solutions; collaboration with information security teams
Consulting and engineering in cloud and infrastructure best practices; ensuring alignment with business goals, customer needs, and regulatory requirements
Strong background in cloud and infrastructure architecture design; familiar with cloud computing, networks, data security
Good written and verbal communication in English and Mandarin; highly organized and able to interact professionally at all levels
What You Do
Lead the definition and enforcement of enterprise architecture governance across infrastructure, cloud, and cybersecurity domains
Formulate technology strategy, architecture guiding principles, and a technology roadmap aligned with business goals
Recommend future technology capabilities and architecture designs for multiple domains
Analyze gaps between as-is and target architecture; propose remediation plans
Assess regulatory impacts and provide gap analyses, roadmaps, and high-level cost estimates
Collaborate with stakeholders to map strategy, processes, information, and IT assets
Develop architecture standards, guidelines, and policies to guide project teams
Lead key enterprise architectural design reviews, solutions, and projects for the domain
Work with Solutioning, Cloud Infrastructure, and Project teams to implement ERP standards
Perform benchmarking on selected technology areas
Govern and maintain bank-wide architectural standards; define group enterprise strategies to drive cost synergy, risk management, customer service, and competitive advantage
Identify and propose initiatives with stakeholder endorsements
