Who You Are
- Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or related IT discipline
- Strong system architecture and/or system integration hands-on knowledge
- Additional business degree would be an advantage
- Recognized industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, TOGAF, CISA) related to the functional area are a plus
- Extensive experience in enterprise architecture work, including leading 10+ major implementations; 10+ years overall
- Experience in utilizing emerging technologies to design and implement security solutions; collaboration with information security teams
- Consulting and engineering in cloud and infrastructure best practices; ensuring alignment with business goals, customer needs, and regulatory requirements
- Strong background in cloud and infrastructure architecture design; familiar with cloud computing, networks, data security
- Good written and verbal communication in English and Mandarin; highly organized and able to interact professionally at all levels
What You Do
- Lead the definition and enforcement of enterprise architecture governance across infrastructure, cloud, and cybersecurity domains
- Formulate technology strategy, architecture guiding principles, and a technology roadmap aligned with business goals
- Recommend future technology capabilities and architecture designs for multiple domains
- Analyze gaps between as-is and target architecture; propose remediation plans
- Assess regulatory impacts and provide gap analyses, roadmaps, and high-level cost estimates
- Collaborate with stakeholders to map strategy, processes, information, and IT assets
- Develop architecture standards, guidelines, and policies to guide project teams
- Lead key enterprise architectural design reviews, solutions, and projects for the domain
- Work with Solutioning, Cloud Infrastructure, and Project teams to implement ERP standards
- Perform benchmarking on selected technology areas
- Govern and maintain bank-wide architectural standards; define group enterprise strategies to drive cost synergy, risk management, customer service, and competitive advantage
- Identify and propose initiatives with stakeholder endorsements
