Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in institutional catering.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders for long-term collaboration.
- Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and tenders to potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, culinary, procurement, finance) to develop competitive and sustainable business solutions.
- Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales targets and market share growth.
- Monitor contract performance, ensure SLA compliance, and support contract negotiation and renewal.
- Gather market intelligence, benchmark industry practices, and provide insights for strategic decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in business development or commercial management within institutional catering/foodservice.
- Strong understanding of market structure, tender processes, and client requirements.
- Proven ability to drive business growth and manage key accounts effectively.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset with commercial and financial acumen.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.
- Own transport and willingness to travel for client meetings or site visits.
