Job Description
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for ERP solutions through prospecting, cold-calling, networking, and referrals.
- Manage the full sales cycle – from lead generation, needs analysis, solution presentation, proposal, negotiation, to closing.
- Understand client business processes and pain points to recommend suitable ERP modules and solutions.
- Collaborate with pre-sales consultants and technical teams to deliver tailored product demonstrations.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and RFP responses professionally and accurately.
- Maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and generate repeat business.
- Work closely with marketing teams to execute campaigns and follow up on qualified leads.
- Update and manage CRM systems with sales pipeline, forecasts, and activity reports.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs on a monthly/quarterly basis.
- Stay updated on ERP industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to remain competitive in the market.
