Job Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth assessments of clients' HR processes to understand their operational needs and challenges.
Deliver well-structured, interactive training sessions for HRMS modules, including Payroll, Leave, Timesheet, Appraisal, Training, and Recruitment.
Equip end-users with the confidence and capability to operate the system effectively.
Drive project progress by guiding and motivating clients towards a timely and successful go-live.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, fostering strong and professional relationships.
Support presales activities by preparing high-quality demonstration materials, and conducting product presentations.
Requirements:
Proactive, strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
A genuine passion for teaching, mentoring, and enabling others to succeed.
Proficiency in both English and Chinese to support Chinese-speaking clients.
Positive, resilient, and committed to taking ownership of assigned responsibilities.
