We're looking for an Events Project Manager ready to take ownership, deliver exceptional experiences, and grow into a future leadership role.
Job Description
- Lead small to mid-scale events independently and support senior colleagues on larger, complex programs.
- Be the main contact for clients, turning objectives into creative, high-impact event plans.
- Manage budgets, proposals, and timelines while coordinating vendors, venues, and internal teams.
- Oversee logistics from contracting and catering to AV production and décor.
- Ensure flawless on-site execution, quality control, and client satisfaction.
- Fostering a collaborative and dynamic team culture.
Main Requirements
- 3–4 years' proven experience in live, virtual, or hybrid event or congress management.
- Strong project management, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent client service orientation with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Confident with Microsoft Office (especially Excel); knowledge of Cvent, Gevme, or similar tools is a plus.
- Fluent English (other languages an advantage).
- Flexible, proactive, and willing to travel or support evening/weekend events when needed.
