Responsibilities
Lead and manage the operational planning and execution of events, including conferences, exhibitions, gala dinners, pop-ups, and international activations.
Oversee logistics, production schedules, vendor coordination, staffing, and onsite operations.
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure deliverables meet timelines, budgets, and quality expectations.
Manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost‐effective solutions.
Supervise setup and teardown, ensuring smooth transitions and adherence to safety standards.
Recruit, train, and manage event crew, freelancers, and overseas partners.
Troubleshoot and resolve challenges onsite with a calm and solutions‐driven approach.
Provide post‐event reporting, including feedback, financial reconciliation, and operational improvements.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in event operations, project management, or related roles.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with an eye for detail.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills to liaise with vendors, clients, and international partners.
Proficient in project management tools, scheduling, and budget tracking.
Willingness to travel overseas for event execution (short‐term assignments).
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as required by event schedules.
