Location: Ubi
Duration: 3 months contract
Working Hours: 10am to 6:30pm (Mon - Fri), 10am to 5:30pm (Saturday)
Salary: Up to $2700
Job Responsibilities
- Record expenses, adding payment tasks
- Sending invoices to clients, reminder for overdue payments
- Arranging part timers for events
- Contacting customers for orders & delivery arrangements
- Ensure accuracy & timely processing of orders
- Perform day to day admin related tasks
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
