Roles & Responsibilities Exciting Marketing exposure with a National Arts event
- ASAP - Mar 2026, subject to renewal
- Lavender MRT/ Event site as required
- $2,400 - $2,800 per month
- Mon - Fri, 9.30am - 7.00pm *Due to nature of events, hours outside of stated hours will be compensable as time-off/overtime payment.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a PR agency to develop media engagement and publicity plans for programmes to attract media interest.
- Support the management of non-digital media buys, including TV, radio, and out-of-home advertising.
- Consolidate the events calendar and provide administrative and secretariat support as needed.
- Design branding and publicity collaterals.
- Coordinate and liaise with appointed artists, contractors, partners, and internal divisions via emails, calls, and meetings to prepare and execute events.
- Reach out to and engage potential performing groups from overseas to participate in the event.
Requirements:
- Possesses minimum a Diploma in Arts/Events Management with experience in Design.
- Independent team player.
- Able to simultaneously manage various project elements.
