Job Description & Requirements
Actively and consistently generate sales revenue to maximise profits via wedding, corporate and private events
Connect, cultivate and convert business leads as well as commercially sound sales strategies to achieve sales targets
Understand and concisely articulate the distinct concepts of the group’s respective restaurants to clients along with event decks and menus
Match client requirements with the relevant restaurants of the group’s portfolio
Liaise and collaborate with restaurant, operations team, organisers and external vendors from start to the end of events
Able to commit to flexible working hours.
