Exec / Sr Exec, HR Operations – Recruitment & Administrative Support Job Opening In Central Singapore Community Development Council – Now Hiring Nanyang Technological University


Job description

Executive / Senior Executive, HR Operations – Recruitment & Administrative Support (NTU Shared Services)

We are seeking a dynamic and meticulous HR professional to join the HR Shared Services team as a Senior Executive.

This role focuses on managing the full recruitment lifecycle for research-related positions, ensuring seamless service delivery and stakeholder engagement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Operations

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for research roles.

  • Coordinate job postings across relevant employment portals.

  • Arrange and manage interview schedules.

  • Conduct pre-screening, background, and reference checks.

  • Ensure completeness of candidate documentation for business unit review.

  • Serve as the key liaison for candidate communications, including offer management
  • Prepare and upload hiring documentation for confirmed candidates.

  • Accurately update candidate records in HR Information System
  • Work with the stakeholders to follow up closely on Probation and Confirmation

Service Excellence

  • Deliver HR services in line with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

  • Collaborate with the HR Cluster Supervisor to identify and implement process improvements and standardizations.

  • Build strong working relationships with HR Business Partners, Hiring Managers, and internal teams.

Additional Duties

  • Participate in cross-functional HR initiatives and projects.

  • Review and enhance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for efficiency.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, Social Sciences, or related field with at least 4 years of experience; OR Degree in the above disciplines with at least 2 years of experience.

  • Strong understanding of HR practices and employment legislation.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel); experience with Workday Recruitment Module is an advantage.

  • Excellent communication, planning, and interpersonal skills.

  • Able to manage high-volume transactional work independently.

  • Meticulous, resourceful, and quick to learn.

  • Service-oriented with a positive attitude.

  • Capable of prioritizing tasks and working under pressure.
