Candidates with non-HR backgrounds are welcome, provided they have a basic understanding of HR Rewards.
Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyse complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
Expert in working with Numbers: Advance proficiency in using Excel for data analysis such as creating, reviewing and analysing templates and reports.
Working knowledge on Excel macros and programming would be an advantage.
Communication: Excellent proficiency in English (written and spoken), with emphasis on the ability to write and communicate concisely and with clarity
Problem Solving: Ability to think logically and systematically to proactively understand & solve problems and develop effective solutions.
Stakeholder Management: Ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with various stakeholders.
Collaboration: Good team player attitude and able to work within a matrix environment.
This permanent role offers a 2-year rotation (up to 2 stints) providing exposure to various aspects of Rewards.
Each rotation is designed to develop your skills and knowledge, preparing you for a successful career in HR Rewards.
After the rotation, you will transition into a permanent role aligned to your strengths, interests and the business needs.
Key Areas of Exposure
Global Rewards
- Consolidate global rewards data into centralized dashboards and reporting tools.
- Analyze compensation and benefits data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
- Support global benchmarking and job leveling initiatives.
- Partner with regional HR teams to assess current programs and identify harmonization opportunities.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Finance, Legal, and external consultants for successful consolidation.
Rewards Partnering
- Build strong partnerships with business leaders to understand their goals and challenges.
- Support the execution of the annual remuneration cycle, including salary, bonus and shares for the business area.
- Collaborate on the development of tailored compensation solutions
- Provide insights and recommendations to drive business performance through effective rewards strategies
Broad Based Compensation
Participate in group-level projects across various areas of rewards, including:
- Performance Management: Support the development and enhancement of performance evaluation processes that align with compensation.
- Compensation: Assist in the review and development of compensation programmes and policies to support the business growth.
- Market Salary Benchmarking: Conduct comprehensive market research to ensure our compensation structures remain competitive and equitable.
Rewards Systems & Processes
- Gain hands-on experience with compensation management systems, including their functionality and capabilities.
- Evaluate existing compensation systems, identifying opportunities for enhancements to drive operational efficiency and improve user experience.
- Collaborate with IT and other stakeholders to implement system improvements and ensure seamless integration with HR processes.
