Job Description
Join us as an Executive (6-month contract) at the Lee Kong Chian School of Business, Singapore Management University.
The role involves managing various office administrative duties and operations, including facilities management, liaising with faculty, students, and external vendors, and supporting logistics for events and meetings.
Responsibilities
Manage various office administrative duties and operations, including facilities management.
Liaise with and respond to enquiries from faculty, students, and external vendors.
Support logistics for events and meetings, including Dean's meetings and University-wide events.
Assist in the preparation of management reports as needed.
Provide coverage for the HR administration portfolio when required.
Support short-term projects and other assignments as delegated.
Qualifications
Degree or Diploma with at least 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
Service-oriented with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Meticulous, diligent, and equipped with strong problem-solving skills.
Prior experience in event planning and coordination will be an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with faculty, staff, and students.
Proficient in computer applications, preferably Microsoft Office and Outlook.
Candidates who do not possess the stipulated qualifications but have relevant work experience may still apply.
Remuneration and appointment terms shall commensurate with qualifications and experience.
