Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide operational and administrative support to the management team.
You will gain hands-on experience supporting business functions including HR, Finance, and Operations with a clear pathway for career advancement.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to management and business units.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes, reports and presentations.
- Support HR and finance teams in handling employee documentation, claims and vendor invoices.
- Manage data entry, filing, and document control to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in preparing operational reports, tracking performance data and maintaining dashboards.
- Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth coordination of tasks.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and policies.
- Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree holder in Business, Administration, Management or related fields.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) familiarity with ERP/HR systems is a plus.
- Able to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Willing to learn with a positive, proactive attitude.
