Job Description
- Check and verify patient bills and vendor invoices.
- Manage contracts for surgical items and monitor stock levels.
- Organize meetings and handle logistics like venue booking and catering.
- Assist with purchasing and payment processes.
- Support staff onboarding/offboarding.
- Handle mail, phone calls, and general admin tasks.
Requirements

Diploma /GCE ‘A’ Level.
- Min.
1-2 years experience / training will be provided - Comfortable with numbers and basic accounting.
- Good communication skills and able to work independently.
